Glengarriff Parkrun

Glengarriff parkrun

Join us at Glengarriff parkrun each Saturday to connect with West Cork’s locals in the scenic Glengarriff Nature Reserve.

Since 2016, locals and visitors alike have gathered in the nature reserve each Saturday to get their weekends off to an active start. The course has been adapted over the years to make it more user-friendly, but the warm welcome remains the same!

The Glengarriff parkrun is part of the international parkrun community – it offers a free weekly 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 9:30am. It is not a race against other runners. Whether you decide to run or walk, this scenic West Cork parkrun gives you an unbeatable opportunity to meet the locals and take in the ancient beauty of the Glengarriff Nature Reserve.

If you are registered with parkrun anywhere in the world, your time will be recorded and added to your tally!
